Margot, Principal of Grounded Solutions, has helped municipalities and other public sector agencies across southern Ontario with natural heritage planning and management for more than two decades.
She has developed and refined natural heritage systems, is familiar with natural heritage policies and regulations, and understands the challenges and opportunities associated with natural heritage planning. She has also worked with municipalities and agencies to facilitate the integration of natural features (such as wetlands, woodlands, meadows and street trees) into asset management frameworks.
