Who We Are

Margot Ursic, B.A., M.Sc., Principal Planning Ecologist & Facilitator

Margot has more than two decades of applied experience in the development and implementation of natural heritage planning and urban forest strategies.

She has served as the natural heritage lead for numerous projects and provided guidance for planning / managing / monitoring natural areas across Ontario and elsewhere in Canada. She has also provided strategic advice, jurisdictional scans, peer reviews and expert witness testimony on matters related to natural heritage and urban forest planning.

Margot holds a Master of Science (Botany) and has training in facilitation, negotiation and natural asset management.
